SpartanNash Grocery Distributor Donates 500K Meals for Disaster Survivors

USA Reported by Jess Heugel

Last week, Convoy of Hope partnered with SpartanNash, a nationwide food distributor in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where team members packed 15 thousand boxes of meals and hygiene kits for families impacted by disasters. These meals will feed disaster survivors all over the United States.

Currently, SpartanNash operates 144 grocery stores and supplies food to more than 2,100 grocery stores around the United States.

In addition to supplying and packing groceries, the grocery solution provider conducted a fundraising campaign for Convoy of Hope at their stores and raised $100,000 to support disaster survivors.

Thank you, SpartanNash, for helping Convoy provide hope and assuring people in need that they are not alone.
