Convoy of Hope is responding in Oklahoma with team members and relief supplies following the severe weather that covered much of the central United States.

Last night, a tornado swept through Barnsdall, Oklahoma, a community of around 1,000 people. This is the second tornado to hit the area in five weeks. The storm destroyed homes, felled trees, toppled power lines, and forced the evacuation of a nursing home.

More severe weather is expected this week. Convoy is ready to respond whenever and wherever the need arises.

Earlier this year, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake hit parts of western Japan, leaving tens of thousands of people devastated. Convoy immediately responded with supplies and our partners @Soles4Souls donated more than 16,000 pairs of Teva sandals. 👟💙https://h.ope.is/3ATn1jr.
