On Wednesday, May 6, multiple tornadoes flipped and flattened homes in central and southern Mississippi.

No deaths were reported, but at least 17 people have been reported injured. Some 500 homes across five counties were damaged.

The storms triggered widespread power outages, downed trees, and blocked roads.
