Disaster Preparation: How One Man Helped a Village Survive a Volcano

Guatemala Reported by Convoy of Hope

Disaster preparation has a direct impact on how communities survive and recover.

Jos, a local pastor, received training in 2019 from Convoy of Hope on how to respond in the aftermath of a disaster. Little did he know that this training would position him and his church to be on the frontlines of serving his community.
