Immediate Wildfire Relief
In the wake of the catastrophic wildfires around greater Los Angeles in early 2025, Convoy of Hope sprang into action. They delivered over 400,000 pounds of vital supplies—water, food, hygiene products, air purifiers, and more—to severely impacted communities.
By distributing relief through local churches and organizations, Convoy ensures that resources reach survivors swiftly and efficiently, enabling partners to focus on caring for people rather than logistics.
Convoy’s commitment goes beyond first responders. They’re investing in long-term recovery by organizing Community Events across 2025 and 2026—offering free school supplies, shoes, haircuts, and health screenings to families still feeling wildfire’s aftermath. Additionally, their Children’s Summer Feeding initiative is set to distribute 50,000 bags of nutritious, shelf-stable food to kids facing heightened food insecurity due to disaster-related disruptions.
After the devastating Maui wildfires in August 2023, Convoy of Hope extended its reach across the Pacific. More than 6,000 residents—displaced and rebuilding—received furniture through
Convoy’s collaboration with FEMA and local stores: beds, dressers, couches, dining tables, and chairs, helping houses feel like homes again. Convoy also sent containers filled with food, water, hygiene items, PPE, and sifters to assist cleanup and daily life. Their heartfelt holiday events even included giving families groceries, care kits, and toys—ensuring a sense of normalcy amid recovery.
