Summer Feeding Initiative
When school ends, Convoy of Hope’s U.S. Summer Feeding initiative helps ensure children continue to have access to the food they need.
For many children across the United States, the end of the school year doesn’t just mean a break from the classroom — it means uncertainty around their next meal.
Through Convoy of Hope’s Summer Feeding initiative, local partners serve their communities by distributing groceries to families each week. These distributions include fresh produce, pantry staples, and protein, helping ensure children have access to the nutrition they need to grow, learn, and thrive.
This initiative is designed to do more than meet an immediate need. By coming alongside local churches and organizations, Convoy of Hope strengthens communities and creates consistent points of connection for families throughout the summer months.

Through Summer Feeding, children have increased access to healthy food during a time when it’s often limited. Parents are supported. Communities are strengthened. And, together, we are helping ensure that children are set up for success when the school year begins again.
Convoy of Hope is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. All donations are tax-deductible where allowed by law.
