Seed Packet Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

By submitting personal information and entering the Seed Packet Giveaway (“Giveaway”), entrants agree to share their information with Convoy of Hope.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – No purchase or donation is necessary. Only Name, Address, Email, and Date of Birth are required to enter.

2. Start and End Dates – The Seed Packet Giveaway will commence October 1, 2024 and end at 5:00 pm CST October 21, 2024 or while quantities last.

3. Eligibility Requirements – The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States. Incomplete entries will not be sent seeds. Requests are limited to one (1) per person per Giveaway Period and are void where prohibited by law. Convoy of Hope will void any entry that contains unauthorized third-party content; contains illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content; have been previously published or otherwise made public; contain personally identifiable information of individuals other than the entrant; or contain sensitive/confidential content. Convoy of Hope reserves the right to strike an entry based on its sole discretion.

4. Method of Entry – To receive a prize through the Giveaway, visit convoyofhope.org/convoy-runs-for-ag and provide your name, address, email, and date of birth in the form.

5. Description and Value of the Giveaway – Those who correctly complete the form will each receive one (1) packet of seeds. The approximate retail value of the seeds packet is ($10.00). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

7. Choice of Law – Missouri law — the location of Convoy of Hope’s headquarters — governs any potential issues arising from the Giveaway, including but not limited to the awarding and use of the Giveaway prize.

8. Release – This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and/or YouTube. By entering the Giveaway, the entrant releases these social media platforms completely from any potential liability.

9. Conditions of Entry – By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Recipients assume all applicable tax liability for their prize.

10. Indemnification – By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to hold harmless Convoy of Hope, its employees, agents, and representatives and other participating partners in the promotion, for: (i) any claim arising out of the Giveaway and (ii) any claim arising from using the seed packets.

11. Disclaimers – Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect, or inaccurate entry information whether caused by an internet problem or the individual completing the entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contest should a cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security, or proper operation of the Giveaway. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is in violation of criminal and civil laws.
