“We’re blessed to work with Convoy of Hope each year,” says Andrew Covington, president and owner of Ashley Furniture. “They are God’s hands in our communities and around the world feeding the hungry, giving drink to those who are thirsty and providing shelter and much needed family support. I am grateful for employees who gave one day of their wages to help those in need.”

Ashley Furniture HomeStore has partnered with Convoy of Hope on multiple projects in the past including having Convoy of Hope on site to serve hot dogs to customers, answer their questions and accept donations that were matched.

“Partnering with Ashley Furniture HomeStore is crucial to what we do,” says Hal Donaldson, CEO and co-founder of Convoy of Hope. “We’ve been fortunate enough to have an ongoing partnership with them and we’re grateful for the generosity of their owner and employees. In just one day, they’ve made a difference in the lives of many children throughout the world.”

Convoy of Hope, a faith-based organization founded in 1994, has a driving passion to feed the world through community outreaches, children’s feeding initiatives, disaster response and partner resourcing. Convoy of Hope has a long history as a first responder in times of natural disasters and has been a Four Star Charity as recognized by Charity Navigator for nine consecutive years.
