FedEx Freight recently stepped up to support Convoy of Hope in a time of need. Road Driver Mark McNeely, who is based at the company’s Kansas City facility, volunteered to serve residents of several communities impacted by Hurricane Ida by delivering a load of ice to South Louisiana.

“It was nice to volunteer with Convoy of Hope,” McNeely said. “I have seen Convoy of Hope’s trucks on the road before but did not know much about the organization. I was excited to play my part and learn more in the process.”

McNeely said responding to the call to deliver freight to a disaster zone was worthwhile and fulfilling.

“I appreciate the opportunity to give back and help others out when they may need it most,” he added.

Convoy of Hope is honored to partner with FedEx Freight. Their excellence in LTL transportation is making a difference for those in need.
