Convoy of Hope Foundation Coordinator
The Convoy of Hope Foundation Coordinator supports core fundraising initiatives within the foundation, including managing various aspects of Hope Society and the foundation’s donor-advised fund.
Corporate Relations Project Manager
The Corporate Relations Project Manager implements corporate engagement strategies and provides concierge-level customer service to strategic corporate and nonprofit partners.
Eurasia Regional Response Manager
The Eurasia Regional Response Manager manages disaster response operations, partnerships, inventory planning, etc., in Eurasia, both in the field and from Convoy of Hope’s Global Headquarters & Training Center.
Executive Assistant to the CEO/President & Vice President – Donor Relations
This position provides high-level administrative support to the CEO/President and Vice President of Donor Relations. The role has responsibility for assuring these individuals receives proactive, thorough, and detailed assistance in all assigned responsibilities. This individual must have a heart to serve the President and the organization with excellence and be capable of operating at a high-level of integrity, with initiative and follow-through.
Facilities Assistant
This position assists with cleaning, minor repairs, and maintenance of the facilities and grounds at Convoy’s Global Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri.
Financial Planning & Analysis Director
The Financial Planning & Analysis Director provides financial and strategic support to Convoy’s executive team through measuring, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting key financial data.
Fundraising Researcher (Part-Time)
The Fundraising Researcher researches individuals, corporations, and foundations that are interested in supporting the mission and vision of Convoy of Hope.
Global Program Operations Assistant (Temporary)
This position assists the Global Program Administration Team with various functions that support the division and its work.
Inventory Count Coordinator
The Inventory Count Coordinator works alongside the Inventory and Distribution Center teams to manage inventory integrity involving inventory receiving, valuation, counting, and audit compliance.
Network Relations Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
The Network Relations Administrative Assistant supports the ministry of Convoy of Hope by assisting with all aspects of administrative, event, and project management support for the Network Relations Working Group.
Network Relations Director
The Network Relations Director shares Convoy’s vision and mission and garnering support from churches.
Partner Engagement Administrative Coordinator
The Partner Engagement Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support and project coordination to the Partner Engagement team.
Partner Engagement Director
The Partner Engagement Director assists the Development team in cultivating meaningful relationships with existing high-capacity donors on their portfolio, growing in understanding of the donor’s passions and interests, developing genuine trust, and inspiring them to give great gifts in support of Convoy of Hope’s programs and ministry.
Portfolio & Administrative Coordinator
The Portfolio & Administrative Coordinator supports the Vice President of Public Affairs and Senior Director of Learning & Philanthropy Architect by managing the day-to-day operations of their development work and providing administrative support.
Senior Director – Finance
The Senior Director of Finance works directly with the Vice President of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer. They lead various initiatives related to the Finance Division, including new reporting systems, processes related to global growth, and expanded reporting and analysis. This position will also lead the Accounts Payable and Donations teams and operations, acting as a liaison with other departments.
Strategic Planning Manager
The Strategic Planning Manager manages functions related to strategic planning.
Transportation Administrative Coordinator
The Transportation Administrative Coordinator provides support for all aspects of the Logistics Transportation team.
Travel Agent
The Travel Agent books travel arrangements for Convoy of Hope staff and other organizational travelers, as well as serving as support staff to the Travel Director.
Warehouse Assistant
The Warehouse Assistant handles product in the warehouse and makes safety a top priority in all situations.
